Welcome!

I’m Chelsea, and I’m so happy you’re here!

This space is for real-life people with real-life struggles who are ready for a lighter, brighter way of living. I’m a holistic health and life coach, a mom, a big believer in second chances, and someone who knows firsthand how hard—and how worth it—this journey to a lighter life can be.

My story

it wasn’t easy to start. . .

It took me a long time to get this before-and-after transformation you see to the right. That after photo represents over four years of work! And honestly? There were so many times I thought I would never make it.

Before, l felt completely stuck – trapped in a body and life that didn’t feel like mine. I felt buried alive.

Buried under shame, exhaustion, loneliness, and the quiet fear that I might never come back from it.

Most days I didn’t want to be seen. I stopped going out in public unless I absolutely had to.

I felt unworthy of taking up space. Oh, and the guilt I carried for being the unhealthy, “broken” mom my kids had to look up to? Almost unbearable.

I wasn’t living. I was just surviving – and sometimes it felt like even that was too hard.

I knew l had to change, and what I found to be true across time is that it wasn’t just about the physical weight.

Before the outside could shift, I had to face what was going on inside. The fear. The beliefs. The trauma. The patterns. No trendy diet or fitness plan could fix what needed healing at the root. Trust me, I tried them all…

I had fought for so long to keep everything together and make life work, but I was deeply unhappy, unsupported, and alone in my own life. I had to get honest about what was keeping me stuck if I really wanted to release the weight.

Moving forward, I still have moments where I fear going back to that place, but l’ve built a meaningful lifestyle that helps keep me grounded and accountable.

I feel strong. I feel healthy. I feel safe. I feel supported.

And most importantly, I feel proud of who l am as a mom and as a woman. I’m not perfect and I don’t ever want to be. I succeeded because I never gave up on me. That is what I want to teach to my kids. I know they will love me no matter what size I am, but I want to show them that I choose to take better care of myself because I love myself, too.

This journey changed everything for me, and if there’s just one thing I want you to know, it’s that you’re not too far gone either. You’re not behind. You’re not hopeless.

You’re just at the beginning of a lighter life, and I’m so happy for you.

I really believe that:

Nothing is impossible. The word itself says
“I’m possible”!

My Why:

a passion for LIVING

After my own holistic weight loss transformation, I realized how misguided we’ve been about weight loss. It’s not just about wanting to lose weight — it’s about wanting a better, fuller life. The weight loss becomes a byproduct of becoming the kind of person who chooses themselves, shows up with energy, and actually enjoys the life they’re creating.

Most people are burnt out and overwhelmed. Their plates are full — literally and figuratively. They want programs and products that promise quick results because they just don’t have the energy to keep fighting temptation. It’s not sustainable and the results don’t last.

What they really need is personalized support. A space that’s just for them — to feel heard, to organize their thoughts, and to turn their desires into clear, doable goals.

My coaching helps people stay consistent and grounded, so they can create a healthier life that actually sticks. No more bouncing from program to program. Just a lighter, more energized life — for good.

Born & Raised in the Mitten

I was born and raised in Michigan! I love this state with all of my heart and can recognize it in just about any photo – even if it’s just a picture of some grass and the sky. We have some of the nicest most resilient people in this state and I find them no matter where I travel.

I would be lost. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. My personality was made for this. But if I HAD to choose something else, I would probably become a lawyer. I don’t enjoy arguing, but I love logic and philosophy and appreciate a good, well-informed debate. Legally Blonde is also one of my all-time favorite movies 🩷

I’ve held a human brain!

In high school, I took an AP Psychology class and had the enormous honor of holding a “pickled” human brain. It was just for a moment, but it’s something I will never forget.
